Birthday Parties That Rock - Literally!

Celebrate with a rockhound or geology-themed birthday party surrounded by hundreds of rocks and minerals from around the world! The Rock Solid Learning Lab is full of hands-on stations that keep kids busy and curious from start to finish. Guests can rotate through activities at their own pace—pan for gemstones, explore our rock and fossil tables, and experiment with the Augmented Reality Sandbox for a party experience they’ll be talking about long after the candles are blown out.

Gem Mining - Pan for real gems or fossils in our flowing river water sluice! Kids pan and sift through mining rough to uncover earthy treasures they get to identify and keep!

Animated Sandbox - Shape sand to unlock digital worlds—uncover fossils, build volcanoes, and bring landscapes to life. With themes like dinosaurs, bugs, animals, and oceans, the AR Sandbox makes STEM learning exciting and full of surprises. Kids love to Dig!

  • Private parties start at $450 and include a presentation, adventure digs in the sandbox, a bag of mining rough for gem mining, plus a small pouch for each guest to collect and take home some additional hand-picked gems.

  • Flat rate party fee includes up to 12 kids - additional guests are $25 extra

  • Party favors and take-home treasure bags are all included (rock candy also available as an add-on)

  • You can bring your own dessert, party plates and napkins if you like (freezer space is not available)

  • Please note in-person parties at your home will be limited due to our new site opening

  • Party time slots can also be booked for private playdate groups, homeschool classes, private workshops, etc…
